How long does onboarding take?
For property managers, onboarding takes one to two weeks, and you launch when you say go. We set up your partner portal, run strategy calls with your team, document your preferences and SOPs for every property, and go live once you sign off.
Do you work with my cleaners and local vendors?
Yes. You keep your own cleaner and handyman. Corzly schedules and confirms every turnover with them, and we highly recommend you give us a backup contact too.
How does pricing and revenue management work?
Pricing runs on PriceLabs and AirDNA data plus Corzly's own model. Rates update daily on the system, and your base price is tested against the market instead of being set once and forgotten. Our team steps in when a property underperforms its market or you raise a concern.
How much does Corzly cost?
For property managers, the operations fee is 6 to 10% of booked revenue, tiered by portfolio size, plus $50 per property per month for software, which is lower than what partners would pay to subscribe to the tools individually. It is $0 to sign up and month to month with 30 days notice. Individual owners pay a flat 10% for complete operations support, plus $50 per property to cover software.
How does Corzly handle all the technology for my STR business?
Corzly manages the setup and configuration of your STR tools, including OTA settings, pricing software, automations, PMS workflows, smart-lock integrations, and communication systems. We handle the tech so you don't have to troubleshoot or learn new platforms on your own.
Is there a long-term contract or commitment?
No. Corzly has no long-term contracts. You can leave anytime. Our partners stay because of performance, not lock-in.
