We also charge a fixed software fee per property, which is lower than what partners would pay to subscribe to the tools individually. Individual owners pay a flat 10% for complete operations support, plus $50 per property to cover software.
How does Corzly handle all the technology for my STR business?
Corzly manages the setup and configuration of your STR tools, including OTA settings, pricing software, automations, PMS workflows, smart-lock integrations, and communication systems. We handle the tech so you don't have to troubleshoot or learn new platforms on your own.
Is there a long-term contract or commitment?
