Corzly ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use corzly.com, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It covers this website only. Guest and reservation data handled for our partners' properties is governed by our partner agreements.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill in a form, book a call, download a resource, register for a webinar, or use our revenue calculator, we collect what you enter: typically your name, email, and details about your properties (for example, city or region, number of units, and revenue ranges).
• Information collected automatically. Standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/region derived from your IP), device and browser type, referring source, and interactions with the site. We do not store your full IP address for marketing.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Used to remember your consent choice and, where you allow it, to measure how the site is used. See "Cookies and consent" below.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and deliver the resources, reports, or calls you request.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To measure marketing performance and understand which content is useful.
• To send you communications you have asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of trusted providers. Each processes data only to provide its service to us:

• HubSpot, Inc. (EU region): our CRM. Stores the contact details and form responses you submit so our team can follow up.
• Netlify, Inc.: website hosting and form delivery. Processes request logs and any forms you submit.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): website usage measurement. Loads only after you consent where consent is required.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): aggregate usage and session analytics. Loads only after you consent where consent is required.
• Komoot (Photon geocoder): powers address and city autocomplete in our forms. Receives only the text you type into an address field.

Cookies and consent

If you visit from the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, no analytics cookies load until you accept them, and you can decline. Everywhere else, analytics load by default and you can opt out at any time. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and enquiry data for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's default retention window (Google Analytics: up to 14 months; Microsoft Clarity: a rolling short-term window).

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA/UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Where we rely on consent (analytics), you can withdraw it using "Cookie settings" above.

If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell personal information. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires it.

Children

The site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
