Careers at Corzly

Run Real Operations, From Wherever You Already Live.

Corzly is a virtual team. We manage 300+ short-term rental properties across 50+ cities and 7 countries, and every bit of it happens remotely, on shared systems, with one live picture of every property.

Remote since the first day. No office to relocate to.

No office. No commute. One screen that shows every property we run.

Most remote jobs are an office job with the office removed. This one was built the other way around. The operating picture lives in one place, the work is written down, and the person doing it can be in Cape Town or Cebu or Colombia. That is not a perk we added later. It is the only way a team this size can direct this much traffic.

What Working Here Actually Looks Like

Six things that are true on your first week, not aspirations printed on a wall we do not have.

01

The job is written down before you get it

More than 125 documented SOPs sit behind the work. You are not reverse engineering how the last person did it, and you are not the only thing standing between a partner and a mistake.

02

You own a number, not a chair

Every team here is measured on something real: response time, revenue against the local market, review scores, bookings won away from Airbnb. Nobody is counting the hours you sat logged in.

03

Everything reports into the same tower

The Corzly Hub is one screen showing every property, every team, one live picture. Ask a question about any partner and the answer is in the same place for you as it is for a co-founder.

04

Async by default, live when it counts

Guests, owners and markets do not share a time zone, so most of the work moves in writing. The exceptions are real: a partner call, a role handover, an escalation at 2 a.m. somewhere.

05

AI is standard equipment here, not a side project

We build with modern tools because they let a small crew cover a very large portfolio. Bring your own; the people who get furthest here are the ones already using them without being asked.

06

The founders still operate

Corzly runs 100% of one co-founder's own portfolio. New workflows get tested on those properties before they reach a partner, which means the process you are handed has already survived contact with a real guest.

02

Someone Is Always Awake

A guest locked out in Nashville at 3 a.m. does not care what time it is where you are. Coverage runs the full 24, which is exactly why the team is spread across time zones instead of packed into one.

Roles here are honest about their window. The one open below runs U.S. business hours, so read the band before you apply.

Corzly guest coverage, all 24 hours
Open role: 8:00 to 17:00 US Central
One day in U.S. Central Time. The upper band is Corzly guest coverage, which never closes. The lower band is the advertised window for the role below.
03

Four Teams. Pick Your Instrument.

Corzly is not one big pool of generalists. Each function is its own specialist team, and each one is measured on its own number.

The Revenue Center

Pricing and performance, managed actively with proprietary models layered on PriceLabs and AirDNA. The job is beating the local market, not tracking it.

23 price changes on one listing in a month

The Guest Experience

The whole guest journey, around the clock, run by a globally distributed team with more than a decade of hospitality and cruise-industry leadership behind it.

Average response under 3 minutes

Listing Center

Platform knowledge, software mastery and listing strategy, aimed at visibility on every channel that matters instead of the one everybody defaults to.

4 of 5 bookings won beyond Airbnb

Automation & Integration Systems

The systems under everything else: tools connected, workflows automated, messy operational data turned into something a person can act on.

21 same-day cleanings coordinated automatically

Open Roles

Everything we are hiring for is listed here and on LinkedIn. If the list is empty, we are genuinely not hiring, and we would rather say so than collect resumes.

Corzly Luxury

Luxury Account Executive: Owner Partnerships & Reservation Sales

  • LocationRemote, South Africa
  • TypeFull time
  • HoursMon to Fri, 8:00 to 17:00 US Central
  • Base$2,000 to $2,500 USD / month
  • CommissionUncapped, 10% of management revenue in the first 12 months

We are building out the luxury division: properties that rent for $1,000 to $10,000+ a night. This role carries two responsibilities, and the second one is the real job.

Reservation sales

Take owner calls, run the sales conversations and convert high-value reservation enquiries for the existing luxury portfolio of four to five properties. A few hours a week.

New partnership development

Build and close a pipeline of luxury property-management partners. Prospecting, cold calls, broker relationships, events, discovery calls, proposals, negotiation and close management.

What we look for

  • You will cold call, consistently, and follow up over months rather than days.
  • You are comfortable talking to high-net-worth property owners like a peer.
  • Native or near-native English, clear on the phone with American owners and guests.
  • You run your own CRM and pipeline without being chased for updates.
  • You already use AI and modern sales tools, and you solve problems before escalating them.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, real estate, short-term rentals or another relationship-driven field is preferred. Direct STR experience helps, it is not required.

You will need reliable fiber internet, backup power, a quiet professional space, a headset and a webcam.

How We Hire

The whole process, written out, so you can decide whether it is worth your evening before you start.

  1. 1

    You send four things

Your CV. A 90-second audio or video introduction, unedited. One example of a high-value sale you closed, with the deal value and how long the cycle ran. And your plan for your first 30 days.

  2. 2

    A person reads it

The intro is unedited on purpose. We are hiring someone who can hold a live call with an owner, not someone who can edit video. Polish is not what we are listening for.

  3. 3

    Sales role play

Finalists run a live role play. It is closer to the actual job than any interview question we could ask, and it goes both ways: you find out what these calls really sound like.

  4. 4

    A short written exercise

Because most of the follow-up that wins a luxury owner happens in writing, months after the first call.

  5. 5

    References, then a decision

We check them properly, and we tell you either way.

Hundreds of Properties. No Office. Room for the Right People.

If the role above is yours, the application is four things and one evening. If it is not, follow along and watch for the next one.
