Do I still own my accounts?

You do, 100%! All of your Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com accounts will be under your name but we’ll handle 100%. If you ever sell your property (we don’t think you will when your numbers are crushing competition) you could simply pass it over.

You’ll get access to the tools and tech that we use at Corzly to manage properties, allowing you to access premium resources at a fraction of the cost.

We just need your links and logins to get going. My team can have everything ready to rock in under a week (depending on the number of properties you have).

We will receive all payments on your behalf so we can easily handle any payment issues and resolutions without your involvement. You’ll receive a direct deposit every month. We’ll even calculate your STR taxes owed each month.

My team will create a custom housekeeping checklist for each property that your housekeeper will submit at each turnover to ensure nothing gets missed.

We will send you a report every month with the performance of your properties. You’ll also have access to our team to get questions answered anytime with our internal communication tool.

There’s no long-term commitment or deceptive contracts. I believe both parties deserve to walk away if the relationship is no longer serving us.

Once we understand the specifics of your properties, my team will handle everything for you from managing bookings and guests communications to coordinating with your housekeepers and maintenance. All you have to do is share your contacts and continue paying the invoices from your housekeeping and maintenance teams. There may be a few questions to answer as we get going, but everything is documented and systemized so we don’t have to ask you again. You can kick back and let the assets work for you.
